TRX
Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX leverages gravity and your body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This total-body workout benefits people of all fitness levels and age groups. At Urban Fit we offer several TRX classes: TRX Suspension Training, TRX Interval Training, and Bands & Bells

HIIT
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. These fast-paced workouts will kick your normal routine up a notch and have you working in overdrive! Check out our Cardio Mashup and ABSolute HIIT classes to learn more.

SPARTAN SGX
Led by certified Spartan SGX Coaches, this class is one of the most challenging boot camp classes at Urban and an excellent training program for anyone preparing for a mud run or obstacle course event. Learn more about our Spartan SGX classes and training.

KickBoxing/Boxing
High energy, high impact blend of kicks and punches utilizing punching bags, focus mitts, and cardio conditioning exercises. A perfect combination of martial arts, boxing, and maximum calorie burn for all levels!! Come see for yourself in one of our most popular classes, Get Your Gloves Up or Cardio Kickboxing.

Strength Training
We offer Strength & Conditioning classes for all levels designed to improve functional strength, power, posture, and fitness level while building muscle and changing body composition.

Barre
This ballet inspired workout will help you to get a ballet inspired body! Using a ballet bar to both shape and elongate all of your major muscle groups. Barre, Cardio Barre and Barre with a Twist will have you tutu ready in no time!
